How to place an order?

We have a very simplified checkout process.
Once you view our product, you can add to cart and then proceed to check out. After entering the required details and making the payment, your order will be placed. You will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail once your order has been successfully placed.

What are the payment modes that you accept?

  • Debit Card
  • Bank transfer and other mode of UPI payment available too please contact our customer support team for further queries.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT-

If You Face Any Payment Issue Using Your International Card, We Can Arrange A Bank Transfer For Your Product And Ship The Product To Your Destination please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Can Pico & Fall be done for my order before dispatch?

Yes it is possible for Pico & Fall work to be done for your order, get in touch with our customer support team with your order number and they will assist you further with your order and get the work done before the product's dispatched from our facility .

My money was deducted from my account but order wasn't confirmed/transaction failed. What should I do?

The best course of action to take is to contact the bank or the wallet service provider. You can also get in touch with us and share the below details.

  • Amount that got debited.
  • The email id you used to place the order.
  • Date and time at which the amount was debited.

 We will have to check the status on our payment gateway. The payment status can either be captured, pending, failed, or bounced.

  • In case the payment status at our end is captured, we will create an order for you, for which we’ll need the details for the product you want to order, shipping and contact details 
  • If it’s pending, we’ll have to wait for some time for the gateway to confirm the payment.
  • If it’s failed or bounced, your bank should reverse the payment to your account within 3-7 working days. 

 Shipping & Delivery

 Where is my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or SMS which will have the name of the courier company via which your order has been dispatched along with the Tracking details, that you can use to track you order at every step as it reaches you.

If your order has reached your city, it should reach you very soon. 

Are the prices shown are inclusive of taxes?

All the prices shown are inclusive of domestic taxes. What is not included is customs taxes and duty that may be levied based on the country of import, you can contact our customer care team before placing your order for further clarification.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship globally to all regions through our trusted logistics partner(DHL,FEDEX,etc)  

 Why is my order not shipped yet?

If you've just placed an order, we'd request you to give us 24-48 hours to ship your product from our location. We'd need to pick out your product from a large selection, pack it in a secure box along with your invoice and hand it over to the courier company.

 Where are you based from?

We are a home grown brand from the heartlands of Kancheepuram, Tamilnadu, India, curating exquisite hand woven and bespoke and authentic kanjivaram sarees since 1938.

Why does RESTOCKING a saree take a long time?

All our sarees are woven meticulously in a traditional handloom which takes a minimum of 3-4 weeks for a saree to be completed, hence restocking a saree takes time once its Soldout.
